Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping to over 200 countries. However, there are some countries we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse. You can view the status of your shipment here.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We make every effort to process orders within 1~3 business days of when they are received, followed by a 5~20 business days shipping period based on your location.  

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another email with your tracking number when your order has been shipped out.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2~5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package? 

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

How can I pay?

We currently accept all major credit card payments, Paypal and Apple Pay.

Taxes & Duties

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
